Marc Quinlivan, Managing Partner, was born in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Marc has strong ties to the Chicagoland community. After graduating from Oak Park River Forest High School, Marc excelled at Yale University where he graduated in four years with a double major in Economics and Mathematics and was awarded ten varsity letters in football and track. Following a brief stint with the Pittsburgh Steelers Football Organization, Marc attended Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent School of Law and the Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart Graduate School of Business. He received his Juris Doctor Degree and practiced law for over ten years throughout the United States in the fields of Medical Malpractice, Premises and Product Liability, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort Litigation and Complex Commercial Litigation. As a young partner he was put in charge of his firm's paralegals and litigation support department. This diverse background established a solid foundation for his transfer into the litigation support field. Marc joined Spherion Deposition Services in Chicago and in three years at Spherion, Marc rose from a sales professional to Managing Director of Chicago Operations, and ultimately earning the position of Executive Vice President. As one of Spherion's premier producers, Marc has generated millions of dollars in annual revenue from his diverse list of dedicated clients. Following his stay at Spherion, Marc established a local court reporting and document management firm which was sold to the nation's largest court reporting agency within two years. Marc then joined a global business process outsourcing company and was charged with developing solutions to address his clients' diverse needs primarily in the legal sector. It would be fair to say that Marc's unique background, training and experience over the past two decades provides a valuable platform upon which to build Chicago Litigation Solutions. Jefferey Stevens, Managing Partner, has worked in the litigation support marketplace extensively on both the vendor and client side. Jeff has successfully overseen countless major eDiscovery projects heading an around the clock busy eDiscovery processing operation. He is a highly trained and skilled technology expert. Jeff has a vast working knowledge of all the major eDiscovery processing softwares and technologies, and is an expert in all major litigation databases. He has had the opportunity to work within many litigation departments in several different capacities and has really walked in his "client's shoes". Many of Jeff's clients (some of the nation's largest law firms) have trusted him enough to grant him remote access to their environments through Citrix to assist during peak periods/emergencies. He has also aided his clients in identifying, skills-testing, and hiring permanent litigation support staff. Jeff's practical working knowledge of technology needs, case complexities, and production pitfalls affords him the ability to truly understand his client's needs first-hand. He has worked extensively with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and cost containment as well as co-counsel and opposing counsel regarding discovery and production issues. Kevin Glass, Managing Partner, has a wealth of knowledge in the litigation support marketplace. Kevin has been in the eDiscovery/legal services industry for more than 15 years. Before founding Chicago Litigation Solutions, he established the extraordinarily successful Boston branch - Boston Litigation Solutions. Kevin was also the sales and operations Director for one of Chicago's largest litigation support service providers. Supplementing ten years in the Chicago market, he also has experience working in some of the largest and most fast-paced legal markets including: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, and New York. Kevin has vast industry knowledge and has worked with many of Chicago's and the nation's top litigation firms servicing their complex and hectic needs. Kevin has consistently put his clients first, always ready to accommodate their requests.

Nicole Glass, Managing Partner, is a trained project management professional whose expertise lies in major technical rollouts and strict deadline compliance. Nicole has managed large data collections (spanning months) and complex eDiscovery productions. Prior to Chicago Litigation Solutions, she played significant roles as a Technical Director in two highly successful, multi-million dollar Chicago-based start-up technology businesses. She managed a staff of over 40 technical employees, overseeing the development, creation, and testing of all enterprise-wide support applications, reporting tools, and customer-support portal & FTP site.
