Our client had 98 GB of ESI to be processed
in a short amount of time. The attorney had already delivered
the data to one of the largest and most well known national
eDiscovery vendors. That vendor could not complete the project
within their tight turnaround. The Litigation Support Team
at the firm recommended our services to the attorney. The
project was pulled and even with a delay in receiving the
data through the initial vendor we completed the project flawlessly

the review and production needed to happen in waves and loading
was going to have to occur 24 hours a day, we were enlisted
to not only process and deliver the data, but to also perform
the loading and exporting from Summation. We were provided
with Citrix remote access and a building security key card.
For the duration of the project we delivered hard drives back
and forth, loaded data 24X7 and processed all the necessary
production documents. To this day, we still provide remote
services to this firm during peak times. We have also engaged
with other firms to provide the same services.
